Powder Run — Support
For help with jobs, oven runs, exports, restore or subscriptions, contact info@worksbienstudios.com. Include your app version, iOS version, device model and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not attach a full customer ledger unless we specifically need it and you are authorized to share it.
- Missing purchase: use Restore Purchases in the app. Check the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Cancel or manage a subscription: use Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Uninstalling does not cancel it.
- Export your records: open History and choose JSON backup, job totals CSV, oven-run CSV, or the job PDF.
- Restore your records: open History → Restore backup; export a current backup first, because a successful restore replaces the local ledger.
- A timing reminder never certifies cure: enter and check actual part-metal readings against the reviewed powder instructions before release.
