These terms are between you and WorksBien Studios Inc. (“we”, “us”) for the Powder Run iOS app. Downloading and using the app also remains subject to applicable App Store terms, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless different terms are supplied in App Store Connect. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Powder Run helps a coating shop record item intake, preparation, powder and lot information, oven loads, observed part-metal temperature and dwell, inspection, rework, disposition and job handoff. It can make local reports and backups. It is a recordkeeping tool, not a temperature sensor, automatic oven controller, laboratory test, regulatory certification, or proof by itself that a part has cured. Live Activity reminders and any estimated time are not evidence of cure. An operator remains responsible for checking the current powder manufacturer’s technical data, measuring actual part-metal temperature, following safe shop practice, and deciding whether to release a part.
You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and for obtaining the rights needed to enter information about customers, workers or third parties. Shop-authored presets help with repeat setup but do not replace verification for a new lot, recipe, part or manufacturer instruction. Do not use the app as the sole safeguard for a hazardous operation.
The app permits five first-pass runs for free. After that, an active Powder Run Pro subscription is required to create a new job. A job already entered can still be completed; rework, viewing records, export and backup/restore remain available without Pro. Restoring a backup does not reset the first-pass-run count or grant a subscription. Both monthly and yearly Pro options are planned; the actual products, duration and total renewal price are shown by Apple in the purchase flow for your storefront. No price is promised in this document.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel under your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal, Apple renews the plan at its displayed rate, subject to Apple’s purchase terms. Turning off renewal keeps the paid feature until the verified entitlement ends. If entitlement expires or is revoked, new-job creation returns to the free limit while existing records and work remain accessible. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel billing. Purchase and refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable processes and law. No separate external payment method unlocks Pro in the app.
The current app stores records locally. There is no developer-hosted account or sync between devices. You should keep your own backups and protect exported JSON, CSV and PDF files; when you share a file, your chosen destination controls that copy. An explicit restore replaces the current local ledger after validation. Device loss, removal of the app, a failed backup, or an incorrect restore can result in loss of local records. See the Privacy Policy for handling of on-device records, Apple device backups and support messages.
We may update the app and these terms, with an updated date on the published copy. If a change materially affects a purchased feature, applicable Apple rules and your statutory rights still apply. For app issues or questions: info@worksbienstudios.com.
Copyright and other rights in the app remain with their respective owners. Third-party notices are included with the source and, where applicable, the distributed app. No powder manufacturer’s name, logo or recipe is licensed or endorsed merely because a user enters its identifiers.
