Promise Guard does not require or create a GoodUse Studios account. Promise-record content is stored on the device by default, not in a GoodUse Studios record-content server. There is therefore normally no remote Promise Guard account or server-side record-content profile for GoodUse Studios to delete on request.
Use the app’s delete action for the selected record and confirm the request. The app plans removal of the selected record, its locally managed supporting-file references and related reminders. Deleting a record does not restore a used free-record creation slot.
Use the app’s available all-data deletion control where present. Alternatively, uninstall Promise Guard and choose any operating-system option that removes the app’s local data. Platform behaviour can vary, so consult the device provider’s instructions.
Deleting local app data does not delete copies you exported, shared, emailed, printed or placed in device/cloud backup. Delete those copies from each destination and, where appropriate, its trash or recovery folder. Recipients control copies already sent to them.
Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Android subscription, erase store purchase history or revoke an iOS non-consumable purchase. Manage subscriptions and purchase history through Apple or Google under their policies.
Email lrodeveloperr@gmail.com and identify Promise Guard and your platform. Support cannot retrieve or delete record content it does not possess.
