Scope
These terms apply to Kazoku Shift – Pickup & Duty Sharing, provided by WorksBien Studios Inc. (“WorksBien”). By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Standard EULA. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain in place.
The service and sharing
Adding and reviewing your own shifts is free, with no numerical limit on entries. Household Pro is a subscription for sharing availability, pickups, duties, handover requests and confirmation history with one invited partner. That partner does not need a separate purchase. Compatible devices, Apple services and internet access may be needed. Review what you share: household information is visible to the invited partner.
Subscriptions
Available plans, billing periods, current local prices, and any trial terms are shown by Apple at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed through Apple until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings on iPhone or iPad. Access may continue through the current paid period shown by Apple after cancellation. Refunds follow Apple’s process. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible access.
Expiry and data
If entitlement expires, you can still use your private shifts. An invited partner can make changes until the expiry of the subscription entitlement reported in CloudKit. If a renewed entitlement has not reached CloudKit, the partner can temporarily become read-only after that expiry until the purchaser's device checks StoreKit and publishes the updated status. Existing visible household history is designed to remain readable and exportable, subject to deletion and Apple service conditions. See the Privacy Policy for sharing and deletion.
Confirming responsibilities
Availability is an aid based on entered shifts and settings. Confirm that someone has accepted responsibility through their explicit response in the app. Notifications and syncing can be delayed by networks, device settings or Apple services. Verify important pickups and duties directly with the people involved. The app is not an emergency communication or safety monitoring service.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not infringe others’ rights, misuse invitations, bypass purchase verification, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. The app and external services can be unavailable due to maintenance, outages or changes. WorksBien provides the service within the limits allowed by law and does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
