WorksBien Studios Inc. (“WorksBien Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes LED Light Controller Remote (the “App”).
With iOS or iPadOS permission, the App scans for Bluetooth Low Energy devices. It processes advertised device names, Apple-assigned peripheral identifiers, signal strength, advertised services and writable characteristics on the device to display nearby candidates and determine whether a supported protocol is available.
Power, colour and brightness commands travel directly from the Apple device to the selected Bluetooth controller. WorksBien Studios does not receive those commands. A recognized name or service does not guarantee compatibility because manufacturers may change hardware or firmware without changing the product name.
The App may store saved peripheral identifiers, user-assigned light names, detected protocol family, light colour and brightness settings, groups, custom scenes, compatibility state, Demo Mode choice and language preference in its local app storage. These records are used to reconnect to selected lights and provide the features chosen by the user. They are not sent to WorksBien Studios.
Use Settings → Remove all saved data to delete saved lights, groups and custom scenes from the App. Removing local App data does not cancel a subscription or delete Apple’s purchase history. Uninstalling the App removes its ordinary local storage, subject to iOS, iPadOS and device-backup behaviour.
If LED Controller Pro expires or is revoked, the App keeps previously saved lights, groups and custom scenes on the device. The user chooses one saved light for free control; additional lights, groups and custom scenes remain visible but unavailable until subscription access returns or the user deletes them.
Eligible local App data may be included automatically when the user enables iCloud Backup or makes an encrypted or unencrypted Finder backup. Apple and the user control creation, retention, security and restoration of those device backups. The App cannot start, inspect, timestamp or delete an iPhone or iPad device backup, and WorksBien Studios does not receive its contents.
Restoring a device backup may restore saved App data. Bluetooth connections can still require reconnection. Subscription access is restored separately through the App Store.
Apple processes the optional LED Controller Pro monthly subscription. The App reads StoreKit product information and verified entitlement state, such as the product, localized price, subscription status, expiration or renewal information and revocation state, to present the offer and determine Pro access. WorksBien Studios does not receive payment-card or bank details.
Apple may provide transaction, product, storefront, refund, tax, sales and aggregate performance information under Apple’s terms. See the Subscription Terms.
Apple may provide crash or diagnostic information when permitted by the user’s device and developer-sharing settings. The App does not include a third-party diagnostics SDK. TestFlight may make tester feedback, screenshots, contact details, device and build information, and diagnostics available according to Apple’s TestFlight terms and the tester’s choices.
If a user contacts support, WorksBien Studios receives the email address or other contact details used and the information the user chooses to send. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request and meet security, legal, tax, accounting or dispute obligations. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private device identifiers.
WorksBien Studios does not receive, sell or share the local App data described above and does not use it for cross-app tracking. The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
No device or radio connection is completely secure. Users should control only lights they are authorized to operate, protect their Apple device and keep a manufacturer control method available where reliable access matters.
WorksBien Studios cannot access, correct or remotely delete App information it never receives. Use the in-App deletion control for saved App data and Apple settings for device backups and subscriptions. We may update this policy when the App, law or data practices change. The current version is published at this URL with its effective date.
