These disclosures supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs the App licence. If these disclosures conflict with Apple’s agreement or applicable law, the controlling agreement and law prevail.
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms, WorksBien Studios Inc. grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App for lawful purposes on eligible Apple devices. Use the App only with lights and controllers you are authorized to operate. Do not defeat purchase safeguards or interfere with another person’s equipment, except where an activity cannot legally be restricted.
Real control requires a supported Bluetooth Low Energy controller, Bluetooth permission and radio proximity. Hardware, firmware, interference, controller state and other apps can affect discovery and commands. Retailers and manufacturers may change controller hardware without changing packaging or product name. Compatibility and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Check the compatibility result and physical response on the actual light before subscribing. Demo Mode is simulated, saves no real controller and sends no Bluetooth command. It previews the interface but does not prove hardware compatibility.
The free version allows one saved light, basic power, colour and brightness controls, and the built-in scenes. LED Controller Pro is an optional monthly auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited saved lights, groups and custom scenes while the subscription remains active.
If Pro access ends, Pro-created records are not automatically deleted. The user may choose one saved light for free control. Additional saved lights, groups and custom scenes remain visible but unavailable until Pro access returns or the user removes them.
The United States base price is US$4.99 per month. Apple displays the actual localized price and billing period before confirmation. There is no free trial. Subscription access does not establish compatibility with any particular controller.
Payment is charged to the user’s Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The user can manage or cancel it in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily remove access before the end of the current paid period.
Use Restore subscription in Settings to recover an eligible active entitlement for the same Apple Account. Apple controls billing authorization, renewal, billing retry, grace periods, cancellation, refunds, taxes and purchase-history records. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Keep a working manufacturer control method where reliable or accessibility-essential light control matters. Commands may be delayed, dropped or unsupported because of radio conditions, hardware or firmware. WorksBien Studios may provide compatibility and feature updates and may change or discontinue distribution or support where reasonably necessary. A subscription does not guarantee compatibility with every controller or future hardware revision, uninterrupted operation, indefinite support or perpetual App Store availability.
The App, design, code, text and associated materials remain owned by WorksBien Studios or its licensors. Third-party product names referenced for compatibility are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those manufacturers or other app publishers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise that discovery, connection, commands, compatibility, subscription processing or availability will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorksBien Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive loss. These limits do not exclude rights, warranties, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
These supplemental Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without displacing mandatory consumer protections or mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply where the user lives.
