Support and Saved-TV Data Removal

Effective: 9 September 2026
Applies to: Remote for Vizio TV Controller 1.0 for iPhone and iPad

Support contact

Email info@worksbienstudios.com or use WorksBien customer service. Include the App version/build, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, television model and firmware when known, neutral error text and non-sensitive reproduction steps.

Do not send Apple Account credentials, payment-card details, pairing tokens, certificate data, private IP addresses, Wi-Fi passwords, screenshots with sensitive television content, or information you are not authorized to share.

Remove one saved television

Open the App and use Forget This TV. This requests removal of the selected television’s saved private IPv4 address, port, display name, pairing token and certificate identity from that Apple device.

Remove all saved television data

Use Remove All Saved TV Data to request removal of every saved television address, pairing token and certificate identity, plus the App-generated television client UUID. If a television’s certificate changes, use Forget This TV (or Remove All Saved TV Data) and pair again only on a private network you trust.

Remote for Vizio TV Controller has no WorksBien account or remote-control cloud. WorksBien Studios cannot view, retrieve, restore or remotely delete information held only on the Apple device. Apple backups, Keychain synchronization behaviour, App Store transaction records, TestFlight feedback and support correspondence are controlled separately.

Restore access

Use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made an eligible Full Remote Unlock purchase. Restoration requires Apple services and restores only the verified entitlement; it does not re-pair a television or restore saved television data.

For App Store payment, receipt or refund questions, use Apple Support or Report a Problem.
