These supplemental terms apply to ActionCam Link and operate with Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these supplemental terms conflict with Apple’s required terms, Apple’s terms control to the extent required.
Purpose and license
ActionCam Link is an independent utility for interacting with compatible Wi-Fi action cameras. Subject to these terms and Apple’s rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app on supported Apple devices associated with your Apple Account.
Compatibility
Compatibility depends on the exact camera hardware, firmware, network configuration, storage condition, and protocol behavior. A retail name or visual similarity does not establish compatibility. Detection, preview, status, recording, photo capture, file listing, download, and deletion may not all be available on the same camera.
Use the free connection, preview, media-browsing, and demo checks before starting the trial or purchasing. Do not rely on ActionCam Link as the sole way to operate, monitor, secure, or recover a camera.
Free 1-day Trial
The 1-day Trial is an opt-in Price Tier 0 non-consumable transaction processed by Apple. It begins at the verified StoreKit purchase time and unlocks recording, supported photo capture, new camera-media downloads, and camera-original deletion for 24 hours.
When the 24 hours end, those paid features lock. The trial does not renew and does not create an automatic charge. Connection checks, supported preview, media browsing, demo mode, and access to existing on-device downloads remain available. Starting the trial does not purchase the lifetime unlock.
Lifetime Unlock
Continued paid-feature access requires the separate Lifetime Unlock non-consumable purchase. Its price is the localized amount shown by the App Store at the time of purchase. It has no recurring charge. Purchase approval, payment, restore, refund, and revocation are controlled by Apple and the Apple Account used for the transaction. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Media and destructive actions
You are responsible for your camera files and backups. A network interruption, unsupported format, camera fault, full device, or firmware behavior can make a transfer fail. Open and inspect a downloaded file before considering it a safe copy. Keep the original until you are satisfied with the copy.
Deleting a camera original or an on-device copy is permanent. The app asks for confirmation, but you remain responsible for the decision.
Safe and lawful use
Do not operate the app where distraction could create danger. Obey recording, privacy, surveillance, intellectual-property, road, workplace, and other applicable laws. Only access cameras and media you are authorized to control.
Third parties and marks
ActionCam Link is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any camera manufacturer. Third-party product names and protocols remain the property of their respective owners. Apple processes in-app transactions. VideoLAN provides VLCKit under its applicable open-source license.
Availability, warranty, and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. WorksBien Studios Inc. does not promise universal compatibility, uninterrupted preview, a successful command, error-free camera firmware, or recovery of lost media. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorksBien Studios Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost recordings, lost data, lost profits, camera damage, or losses caused by third-party hardware, firmware, networks, Apple services, or unauthorized use. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent the law permits.
Changes and support
The app and these terms may change for compatibility, security, legal, or product reasons. Material changes will update the effective date. Support is available at:
