For the fastest help, include your platform version, device model, PressBench version, the screen/action involved, expected result, actual result and exact error text. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, complete production databases, customer information or confidential supplier information.
Local-data limitation
PressBench has no developer cloud account or remote production database. Support cannot retrieve records from a lost, reset, damaged, uninstalled or cleared device. On iOS, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then choose Local Data & Backups → Create backup to open Apple’s Files interface. You choose iCloud Drive, On My iPhone or another available Files provider. GoodUse Studios does not receive or control those backup files.
Subscriptions and purchases
Free iOS users receive ten qualifying runs: a run counts only after it is successfully committed and saved and records at least one processed item or a first-piece attempt. A saved run counts even if its recorded quality outcome is unsuccessful. PressBench Pro is a monthly auto-renewable App Store subscription that provides unlimited press runs plus PDF/XLSX reports while active. Apple displays the current localized price before purchase in each storefront. Users can manage or cancel in their Apple Account subscription settings and can use Restore purchase in PressBench. A previously acquired, verified annual entitlement may remain valid until its StoreKit expiration date, but the annual product is not offered for sale to new customers. The iOS App contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads.
Free Android users receive ten qualifying runs under the same completion-and-save rule used on iOS. Android PressBench Pro is a monthly auto-renewable Google Play subscription that unlocks unlimited runs and PDF/CSV reports while active and verified. The Android App contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads. Purchase availability and localized offers are controlled by Google Play.
