Purchase Terms for HVAC Restock
Effective: 6 September 2026
Applies to: HVAC Restock 1.0 for iPhone and iPad
1. Ten active items are free
The App may be downloaded and used with up to 10 active inventory item records without buying the lifetime unlock. The cap counts active item records, including records added individually or by CSV import. It does not count quantity changes, uses, restocks, adjustments, reversals, activity events, launches or elapsed time.
When 10 active items already exist, adding or importing another active item requires the lifetime unlock. Existing records and activity remain available for viewing, ordinary quantity management, export and deletion without a new charge.
2. One-time lifetime unlock
The paid feature is a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited active inventory items in supported versions of HVAC Restock. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it has no automatic renewal or recurring HVAC Restock charge.
The App Store purchase sheet displays the localized price, currency and applicable tax before confirmation. The price and terms Apple displays at checkout control the transaction. A reference price shown in marketing or support material may differ by storefront, tax, exchange rate or later price change.
The unlock does not include a GoodUse Studios cloud account, synchronization service, hosted inventory storage, physical parts, supplier ordering, professional advice or a promise of perpetual compatibility with every future Apple device or operating-system version.
3. Verification and restoration
StoreKit must verify the entitlement before the App grants unlimited-item access. A pending, cancelled, unverified, refunded or revoked transaction does not grant or retain the unlock. Use Settings → Restore purchase with the Apple Account that made an eligible purchase. Apple’s current account, territory, Family Sharing and redownload rules determine availability across devices.
Restoring the purchase restores only the entitlement. It does not restore inventory or activity records. Those records follow device storage and Apple backup behaviour described in the Privacy Policy.
If an entitlement is refunded or revoked, the App may return to the 10-active-item creation limit. Existing inventory is not deleted solely because paid entitlement is absent.
4. Payment and refunds
Apple processes payment, receipts, tax, currency, regional availability and refund decisions. GoodUse Studios does not receive full card or bank details and cannot directly issue an App Store refund. Request a refund, where available, through Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple purchase support. Nothing here limits a mandatory statutory remedy.
5. TestFlight and sandbox purchases
Authorized TestFlight builds may use Apple’s sandbox purchase environment. Sandbox transactions do not prove a production purchase, may be reset or expire, and do not create a charge for the production product. Do not rely on a beta build or sandbox entitlement for critical operational continuity.
6. Purchase support
For a payment, receipt, duplicate charge or refund question, use Apple support. For an App entitlement or restore defect, email lrodeveloperr@gmail.com with the App version/build, device and operating-system version, storefront, neutral error text and a redacted transaction reference only if necessary. Never send Apple Account credentials, payment-card details or live inventory.
