Refund Policy for SupplyCheck
Effective: 21 August 2026
Applies to: SupplyCheck 2.0.0 on Android and iPhone/iOS
SupplyCheck is a one-time paid app download. There is no SupplyCheck subscription or recurring charge to cancel.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple decides App Store refund eligibility. Submit a request through Apple’s Report a Problem service or the purchase-history/support route for the Apple Account used to buy the App. GoodUse Studios cannot directly issue an App Store refund or promise Apple’s decision.
Google Play purchases
Google Play and applicable law determine Google Play refund eligibility. Use Google Play’s refund guidance or the purchase-history/support route for the Google Account used to buy the App. Where Google permits the developer to assist with a transaction, contact us with a redacted order reference—never payment-card or account credentials.
Local data and redownloads
A refund, app removal, or store-account change does not cause GoodUse Studios to receive, retain, or remotely delete local stock data. A later eligible redownload does not restore operational records unless the user separately restores a supported device or app backup.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cooling-off right, warranty, digital-content remedy, or other protection that applicable law does not permit the store or GoodUse Studios to exclude.
