Support and Data Deletion for SupplyCheck

Effective: 21 August 2026
Applies to: SupplyCheck 2.0.0 on Android and iPhone/iOS

1. Support contact

Email: lrodeveloperr@gmail.com
Postal address: 36 Zorra Street, Toronto (Etobicoke), Ontario M8Z 0G5, Canada

Safe support details are the App version/build, device model, operating-system version, selected locale, a neutral error message, and reproduction steps without business content. Do not send screenshots containing stock data, inventory exports, JSON backups, supplier/customer/employee details, credentials, payment-card details, or other confidential records.

SupplyCheck has no customer account or GoodUse Studios inventory cloud. We cannot view, retrieve, edit, restore, or remotely delete records held only on a device.

2. Back up before destructive changes

If records are needed, export a validated JSON backup before resetting or uninstalling. Android backups restore only into SupplyCheck Android; iOS backups restore only into SupplyCheck for iPhone. CSV exports are portable readable records, not restorable backups. Exported files are not password-protected by SupplyCheck; protect and later delete them at the selected destination.

3. Delete local App data

On iPhone, open Settings → Backup and restore → Reset to setup. On Android, open Settings → Reset → Reset workspace. Review the warning and confirm. This deletes the current workspace, locations, suppliers, items, thresholds, movement history, and App-held recovery or pre-restore safety files on that device, then returns the App to first-run setup.

Deleting/uninstalling the App removes App-contained data according to Android or iOS storage behaviour. It does not delete files already exported, shared, or saved elsewhere; copies in device/cloud backups; store purchase records; or support correspondence.

4. Delete external and backup copies

Delete exported JSON/CSV files at every file provider, cloud service, message, email, recipient, external device, or other destination. Manage Android or Apple device backups through the platform account and device settings. GoodUse Studios cannot recall or remotely wipe those copies.

5. Corrupt-file recovery

If the App reports an unreadable file, preserve or export the recovery artifact before resetting when available. Do not email the artifact to ordinary support. Send only the neutral error and App/device details so we can provide safe next steps.

6. Privacy requests

For records held only on a device, use the local deletion tools above. For support, privacy, or security correspondence actually held by GoodUse Studios, email lrodeveloperr@gmail.com from the same address where practical and state the right requested. We may verify identity or authority and may retain limited records where required for security, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Apple, Google, GitHub, and export destinations control their own records and provide their own request processes.

7. Security reports

Email lrodeveloperr@gmail.com with the affected version, a non-sensitive description, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include live business data, credentials, destructive payloads, or sensitive personal information.
